Technology

Forest View believes that technology is a tool to be used to enhance all areas of the curriculum. Thus, technology is not taught as a separate subject area but integrated into all areas of the curriculum. 

Five portable labs are available for classroom use with the philosophy that technology will be available whenever and wherever it is needed. Whether the subject is math, science, media, reading, or music, technology is available to enrich the learning process. 

In addition to the portable labs, each classroom is equipped with a multimedia computer workstation which is linked to a Smartboard. Classrooms also have iPads in each room for students to use.
