Music

General Music: Kindergarteners through Third Graders come to the music room twice a week for thirty minutes of playing and singing. In music class, we are focusing on learning not only the fundamentals of music, but also enjoying the spirit of music as well! We do this through singing songs, playing instruments like xylophones, recorders, and percussion instruments. At Forest View, we hope every student will become lifelong music lovers and will be able to participate in all music activities.

3rd Grade students at Forest View will give evening concerts this year.

With exposure to a basic background in music, the student should gain an ability to perform on an instrument and gain a life long love of music. Above all, the student is to have fun while exploring the wide world of music.
